Can I hide my profile?

Yes! Just go to your profile page and select the option to make it hidden. Note that while hidden, you can not send or receive mail, and you will not show up in search results.

Can people see any of my personal info?

Your email address and password are always hidden, and other members will never see them because member communication is conducted anonymously through this site. ABetterHalf.com is not responsible for communications that occur outside of this website, however, such as those on email, IM, or phone.

Do you only allow profiles in the United States?

For now, yes, but we will be adding Canada in mid 2011.

Can I change my preferences?

You can change anything about your profile except for 4 things: your gender, your sexual preference, and your username/password.

What happens if I delete my main profile picture?

We move your second profile pic up into its place. If you don't have a second profile pic, we'll display a "no picture" option for your profile.

How can I cancel my account?
